5-Day Notification Requirements
The below changes require notification to the MGA within 5 days. These shall be submitted via the relevant application forms through the Licensee Portal.
In the case of the addition of new Games where Random Number Generator (RNG) is approved, please visit the Licensee Portal and submit a ‘Technical – New Games’ application. The below documentation/information is required:
- The Key Technical setup and Essential Components documentation;
- The updated Specifications of the Gaming System Document;
- The relevant Game Sheets showing the game description, screenshots, and RTP.
In the case of the addition of new Game Providers where the Gaming Vertical is already approved, please visit the Licensee Portal and submit a ‘Technical – Change in Game Type/Provider’ application. The below documentation/information is required:
- Name of the Game Provider;
- The Key Technical setup and Essential Components documentation;
- Details of Go-live date;
- Jackpot details, including relevant jackpot policy;
- Any relevant third-party agreements.
