The 2022 Risk Evaluation Questionnaires (“REQs”) has become available on the Compliance and Supervision Platform for Assessing Risk (CASPAR) System for completion by subject persons as from 1st March 2022.
Notwithstanding this, a copy of the revised 2022 REQs per sector is available here. This will allow subject persons to start collecting and collating the necessary information to be able to complete the REQ in a timely manner. The deadline for the submission of the 2022 REQs for Gaming Operators is 13th April 2022.
Gaming operators are reminded of the importance of ensuring accuracy of information in filling out the REQ by following the guidance included in the questionnaire itself, and to adhere to the stipulated deadline for the submission of the same.
