Martha Brincat is the Chief Officer – Regulatory at the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). She has extensive experience in regulation and supervision, compliance and regulatory advisory.
Prior to joining the MGA, Martha held senior regulatory compliance roles in the private sector and spent over eight years at the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), where she last served as Deputy Head leading the Supervisory Coordination team. During her time at the MFSA, she contributed to the regulation and supervision of funds, crypto and FinTech sectors.
Martha holds a B.Com (Hons) in Banking and Finance and a Master of Arts in Financial Services from the University of Malta.
