Adrian Muscat is the Chief Officer – Finance at the MGA. He joined the MGA in 2014 as Finance Manager and went on to serve as Head of Finance and later as Finance Director. During his tenure, he has led several strategic initiatives, including the MGA’s legal overhaul in 2018.
In his current role, Adrian oversees all financial operations at the Authority, including corporate financial strategy, planning and control, revenue assurance, tax compliance, management reporting, and procurement.
Adrian is an ACCA-qualified accountant and before joining the MGA, he held managerial roles in the private sector, gaining broad experience across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and the service sector.
