If a dispute arises, we recommend that you first seek assistance about your grievance directly with the management of the establishment concerned and only escalate the matter to the Malta Gaming Authority if your complaint was not given the attention you felt it merited.

The MGA has also come up with a Player’s Charter which lists the rights and obligations of players.
