The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) operates four social media channels, namely: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. Portals which are set to act as an increasingly important touch-point, to inform, assist and engage with key stakeholders in the gaming industry.
The portals also act as a first base of communication for players or companies wishing to get in touch with the MGA. Any queries received through these social media channels are not addressed directly through these portals but are redirected to the relevant individuals or departments within the Authority.
The MGA regularly gives updates and endeavours to reply to all messages received through these channels; also ensuring that, in-line with the Authority’s ethical conduct, any defamatory, incorrect or offensive content is immediately removed.
