Everleaf Shareholder, Austrian Jean Pavili has also been charged…

Following the indictment in the Maltese Courts in September 2014 of Michael Zwi Oros, Director and Key Official of remote gaming company Everleaf, the Lotteries and Gaming Authority announced that Shareholder, Austrian Jean Pavili has also been charged with twelve charges, including misappropriation of players’ funds and default on payments of gaming taxes and licence fees.

In a statement to the media, Mr. Joseph Cuschieri, Executive Chairman of LGA thanked the Malta Police Force for their dedication and sterling work.

Mr. Cuschieri said that the LGA will further strengthen its player protection mechanisms, well beyond the EU benchmarks and other jurisdictions.
